By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Period Tracker: Cycle & Baby (“App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About the App

The App helps users track menstrual cycles, period dates, ovulation, fertile days, pregnancy-related dates, symptoms, moods, notes, reminders, and related wellness information. Predictions, reminders, and calendar results are generated from user-entered data and app logic and may not always be accurate.

It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnosis tool, contraceptive method, fertility treatment, or substitute for professional medical advice. 3. Eligibility

You must be legally able to use the App under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of consent or majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter in the App.
You should not rely only on the App for medical, fertility, pregnancy, contraception, or emergency decisions.
You are responsible for protecting your device, app access, backups, and any information stored locally.
You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, exploit, or interfere with the App.

5. Accuracy of Predictions and Reminders

Period dates, ovulation dates, fertile windows, pregnancy chances, reminders, and related calculations are estimates only. Cycle patterns vary from person to person and can be affected by health, stress, medication, pregnancy, breastfeeding, age, lifestyle, and many other factors. We do not guarantee that predictions, reminders, or results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.

6. Ads, In-App Purchases, and Third-Party Services

The App may contain advertisements, in-app purchases, subscriptions, links, SDKs, analytics, crash reporting, or third-party services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, actions, availability, or services.

Purchases, refunds, subscription renewals, and cancellations may be handled by the relevant app store, such as Google Play or Apple App Store, according to their rules and your account settings.

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability to the extent permitted by law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or created risk for us, users, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be handled by courts having jurisdiction in Gujarat, India.
